Introductory Pricing

Every rental includes:

  • The entire second floor – 3700 sq ft

  • Prep room – 400 sq ft

  • Kitchenette for prep

  • Service elevator access from rear alley

  • Two bathrooms

  • Private exclusive use – no shared bookings

  • Climate control – AC & heat

  • Vintage furniture

  • Speaker for music

  • Up to 50 guests

Book enough time to wrap comfortably — overtime runs $250 per half-hour.

All events conclude by 10pm.
