Service elevator access from rear alley
Two bathrooms
Private exclusive use – no shared bookings
Climate control – AC & heat
Vintage furniture
Speaker for music
Up to 50 guests

We want your event to end on a high note.
Book enough time to wrap comfortably — overtime runs $250 per half-hour.
All events conclude by 10pm.
Cleanup can run past 10pm
